The agreement for using AI Speaking Test — your free Quick Check, paid mock packs, and the recordings you submit.

When you start a free test
- 1. Consent to processing: By starting any free test, you explicitly consent to AI Speaking Test collecting and processing your submitted audio, video, transcripts, and related metadata for scoring, feedback, service delivery, and quality assurance.
- 2. Training and improvement use: You grant AI Speaking Test permission to use submitted test data to train, tune, and improve our test platform, scoring models, prompts, and learning experience.
- 3. Voice-cloning restriction: Where a voice-cloned improved answer is generated, that voice is used only within your own test feedback — never for unrelated products, marketing, identity simulation, or any other external purpose.
- 4. Your responsibility: You must only submit recordings and content you have the legal right to provide. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or misleading material.
- 5. Enforcement: We may suspend access, remove content, or block submissions for misuse, policy breaches, fraudulent behaviour, or attempts to manipulate results.
Using the service
AI Speaking Test provides AI-powered IELTS speaking practice: a free Quick Check and paid full-mock packs. The materials are for your own personal exam preparation only. Keep any login link or account access private, and use the service in line with all applicable laws.
Payments & credits
The 3-Mock Pack is a one-time purchase of $4.99 for three full-mock credits — not a subscription, with nothing recurring to cancel. Credits stay on your account until you use them and do not expire. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Refunds and cancellations follow the offer terms shown at checkout.
Results & accuracy
Scores and feedback are generated by automated models calibrated against examiner benchmarks. They are a practice and readiness estimate only — not an official IELTS result, and no specific band outcome on the real exam is guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service, resell access, or manipulate scoring. We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove access where we reasonably suspect abuse.
Independence
AI Speaking Test is an independent practice platform. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by the IELTS Partners (British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge University Press & Assessment). IELTS is a registered trade mark of its owners.
Changes to these terms
We may update features or these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
